End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, PadaPesa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use one copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Licence Restrictions

You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App except as expressly permitted;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright or trademark notices);
• Use the App to develop a competing product, or use any automated system to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

3. User-Generated Content and Conduct

The App includes community features that allow you to post content and interact with other users. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By using these features, you agree that you will not submit content that is objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise in breach of our Community Guidelines.

Full details of acceptable conduct, reporting, and blocking are set out in our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into this EULA by reference.

4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. PadaPesa and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all related intellectual-property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to PadaPesa's trademarks or logos.

5. App Store Terms

You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and PadaPesa only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC (each an “App Provider”). The App Provider is not responsible for the App or its content. The App Provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the relevant App Provider, and that App Provider will, where applicable, refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, the App Provider has no other warranty obligation. The App Provider, and its subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

6. Updates

PadaPesa may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App. Such updates may be automatically installed. This EULA governs any updates unless a separate agreement accompanies them.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. PadaPesa's liability in connection with the App is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms — including our zero-tolerance content policy. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, save where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
